Please try your local Department of Social Services also there is a website called Modestneeds.com that help people with their utilities. Good Luck.

I am a 53 year old disabled woman who cannot pay her phone bill it is getting harder and harder each month to pay the utilities and rent. Next I will have to give up medicine doctor visits and food.
